We are a new company and have no client results to show yet. So we start small: first the diagnosis, then a pilot on your own work. You decide on your own results, not on someone else's story.
Who is behind Rupantor, and is it registered?
We are a new company being set up by a Bangladeshi partner and a Korean founder. You get the registered name, address and numbers in writing before you sign or pay.
What does it cost?
Each stage is quoted in taka, in writing, before it starts. The diagnosis fee depends on how many departments and sites we study, and it does not change after you sign unless we both agree in writing. The quote also states how VAT and tax at source are handled. If you have one task in mind, the diagnosis and the quote stay on that task.
Why do you charge for the diagnosis?
Because it is real work. We study your tasks under NDA, and the work map is yours to use even if you never hire us again. If AI is not worth it for a task, the map says so plainly. You can even take the map to another supplier.
Where do our documents go?
Your NDA schedule lists each AI tool and its provider, the country where files are kept, how long they stay, when they are deleted and the people who can open them. No file leaves Bangladesh unless you approve that transfer there.
If the AI gets it wrong, who answers for it?
AI output stays a draft until your staff accept it, and we never sign, pay or file anything for you. That way errors can be caught before a buyer, a bank or NBR sees them. In the pilot we test accuracy against agreed criteria and fix what we built. The contract states the correction rounds and the limit of our liability.
Who actually does the work?
AI agents do the analysis, building and testing, the same way we run our own company. A named person on our team checks the work and answers to you for it. Final approval of anything that leaves your company stays with your staff.
What if the pilot does not work for us?
If it still misses the agreed criteria after the correction rounds, you can stop. The balance is not payable, and you keep the work map and everything delivered so far.
How fast can we see something working?
The diagnosis takes two weeks. The pilot starts once the contract is signed, the deposit is in and data access is ready. Our target is the first task live within 30 days of that start.
Will I have to let staff go?
No. AI takes the repeating part. Decisions stay with your people.
Do we need our own IT team?
No. One person who knows the work is enough to begin.
Will this hold up in a GMP or DGDA inspection?
AI output is only a draft and never replaces your signed GMP record. We do not run a pilot inside a GMP-regulated step without a separate review with your QA.
