Privacy notice

The short version
You can read this site without giving us your name. We do not use cookies. If you send the request form, we keep what you wrote so that we can reply. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Who runs this website
Rupantor AX runs this website. Rupantor AX is the working name of a Bangladesh and Korea team that is setting up its company. When registration is complete, the registered name, number and address will appear here. To contact us about your details, write to us through the request form on this website.
What this notice covers
This notice covers this website and its request form. Files you share on a project are not covered here. Those follow the signed NDA and contract, and the NDA comes first. So please do not write confidential information in the form.
What we keep when you send the form
What you type: your name, company, contact (WhatsApp, phone or email), industry, what you need and the task you describe. We need your name, a contact and the task. Company is your choice. What the page adds: its language and how you reached us, meaning the link or website that sent you here. If you used the 2-minute check and pressed its request button, your result comes too: industry, staff, hours, monthly cost, the share you picked and the hours you could save. We then add a reference number, the date and time, and later a status and our own notes.
Why we use it
We use these details to reply to you, to prepare the quote you ask for and to follow up on that request. We also look at how people reached us, so we know which links work. We do not sell your details or add you to a mailing list.
Who sees it
People on our team in Bangladesh and Korea see your request on a password-protected admin page. They can download requests as a file for their work. A team member can choose to receive a browser signal when a new request arrives. That signal carries nothing about you or your request. If you gave a WhatsApp number or an email address, we reply there, and that service carries our message.
Our AI tool
We may use an AI tool to help draft our reply to your request. A person checks every reply before it goes out. Our automatic alert for a new request carries only its reference number. Please leave names, phone numbers and other personal details out of the task box.
Where it is kept, and leaving Bangladesh
Your request is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. It now runs in Cloudflare's Asia-Pacific region, which can be outside Bangladesh. The provider of our AI tool also works outside Bangladesh, and our team members in Korea view requests from there. Google Fonts is outside Bangladesh too, but it receives only your connection details, as explained below. By sending the form, you agree that your details can go to these places for the uses in this notice. If you do not agree, please do not send the form.
Your IP address and the hourly limit
When you send the form, we mix your connection's IP address with a secret value and turn it into a scrambled code. We keep only that code and the time, not the IP address. The code has one job: to stop more than five requests an hour from one connection. A daily clean-up removes codes older than 24 hours, so each code is gone within about two days.
Visit counts and cookies
We count four things: page visits, uses of the 2-minute check, forms started and forms sent. We keep only a total for each day. These totals hold no name, no IP address and no cookie. The numbers you enter in the 2-minute check stay in your browser unless you send them with your request. This site sets no cookies. If you switch language, your browser saves that choice on your device, and it does not come to us. You can clear it in your browser settings.
Fonts and website hosting
The site's fonts load from Google Fonts. To do that, your browser connects to Google, and Google receives your IP address and browser details. This website runs on Cloudflare, which receives your connection details when you open a page, send a visit count or send your form. We do not control those records. Each company's own privacy terms apply to them.
How long we keep it
If no work follows, we delete your request automatically 12 months after you sent it. If we work together, your contract sets how long project records are kept. You can ask us to delete your request sooner at any time. After deletion, a copy can stay in Cloudflare's recovery history for up to 30 days, and then it is gone.
Your rights
You can ask to see your details, correct them or delete them. You can also withdraw your agreement at any time. To do this, send the request form, put your reference number in the message (it starts with RX-) and say what you want. If you have lost the number, give the name and contact you used. We will check that the request is really yours before we act. When we delete a request, we also delete the copies in our downloaded files. Withdrawing your agreement does not undo what we did before you withdrew it.
Sensitive details
We do not ask for NID, passport or tax numbers, or for details about health, religion, politics or bank cards. Please do not write these in the form, or anything personal about other people. This website is for businesses, so please do not use the form if you are under 18.
How we protect it
The form travels over an encrypted connection. The admin page needs a password. Even so, nothing online is completely safe, so please write only what we need in order to reply.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handled your details, please tell us first through the request form. Bangladesh's Personal Data Protection Act 2026 also gives a route to complain to the National Data Management Authority. That route opens on a date the government will announce.
Changes to this notice
If what we do changes, we will change this notice and the date at the top.
